Shipping Update

We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Canada Post has restarted operations as of December 17, 2024.
You should expect delivery delays through the remainder of 2024 and into January 2025.

If you have received a shipping notification please note that this means your order has been picked and packed but may not be in the Canada Post system yet. As a result of the backlog, UPS is also experiencing delays and limiting the number of packages that they will accept each day.

Our office will be closed between December 24th and January 2nd.
During this time no orders will be shipped.

If you have a question for customer service about your order, please note we will not be responding to emails between December 24 and January 2nd and will respond to your enquiry when our office has reopened.
